Biography: Rachel joined Seattle Academy in 2021 as a Middle School Study Skills Teacher. She grew up in Los Angeles and received her BS in Psychology and a minor in Education from Curry College in Boston. After graduating, she moved to Seattle to achieve her Master's in Teaching at the University of Washington. Rachel has been teaching in Seattle for four years, and this is her third year at Seattle Academy. Rachel loves art, musical theater, and hiking with her dog. Rachel is excited to continue building community at SAAS and engage with students inside and outside of the classroom.
