Biography: Tessa grew up in Seattle, Washington, and joined the SAAS community as a Classroom Assistant in January 2021. She now serves as the PE & Health Department Chair and teaches both PE and Health in the Middle and Upper Schools. She is also an assistant coach for the Upper School Varsity Girls Basketball team. Tessa holds a master’s degree in Sport Psychology and is passionate about helping students understand the connection between their brains and bodies. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family and pets.
