Biography: Hey all! This will be my second full year at SAAS after starting as a Classroom Assistant during the topsy-turvy hybrid times of 2021 and spending the last year as a Middle School substitute. I have taken a slightly winding path through life, working in education on and off but always getting pulled toward working with young people. This year will be a special opportunity to put down some roots in the wonderful SAAS community. Before the age of six I had already lived in three different countries; I was born in Russia then lived in Israel until I moved to the suburbs of Seattle. These days I travel as much as I can manage to but at home I love making pottery, going to estate sales, and trying to make friends with the birds in my neighborhood. I feel really grateful and excited for the adventure I’m sure this year will be!
