Biography: Born and raised in New York, I am a graduate from the University of Southern California in May of 2021. I was a member of the women’s lacrosse team and also played basketball for a year at my prior university (United States Military Academy). I majored in health and human science and minored in occupational science. My area of expertise is in sports performance. Within this field, I focus on strength training, speed development and sports specific training. I am extremely excited to become a member of the SAAS community and help build a strong foundation in physical education, all while creating a safe and fun environment.
