Biography: Jeanne has been a teacher at independent Seattle schools since 2014. She taught all subjects in middle school before settling on her true calling of teaching High School Math. Jeanne enjoys demystifying the technical aspects of mathematics while also illuminating the inherent elegance within the system of math and in the natural world. Before becoming a teacher, Jeanne had a unique constellation of other careers, from working in car dealerships to managing a cafe in the Pike Place Market. In her free time, you can find Jeanne camping, reading in a hammock at a local park, or playing elaborate board games with her friends.
