Biography: Spencer (he/him) joined Seattle Academy in 2022 as a mentor in the SAAS Robotics program. A Seattle native and Seattle Academy alumnus (Class of 2015), he studied Robotics Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Astronomy at the University of Washington before completing his studies at Bellevue College in Molecular Biosciences. Spencer also participated in the SAAS Associate Teaching program for two years, which helped prepare him for his evolving role as an Innovations Department teacher and Robotics mentor at Seattle Academy. He enjoys building model rockets, playing board games, and launching weather balloons with scientific payloads.
