Biography: Stacey joined Seattle Academy as Head of the Middle School in July 2025. She came to Seattle Academy from the East Coast, where she served as Assistant Head of School at Brookwood School in Manchester-by-the-Sea, Massachusetts. With more than 20 years of experience in education, Stacey brings a deep commitment to inclusive, student-centered learning. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives such as launching a forest school program, integrating social justice frameworks into school culture, and expanding experiential learning opportunities. During her time at the American School of Guatemala, she focused on equity-based practices that strengthened both faculty development and student outcomes. Stacey holds a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Washington and a K–12 Principal Endorsement from Seattle University. She is passionate about fostering student voice, providing holistic support, and cultivating collaborative growth. Above all, she loves working with middle school students.
