Biography: Nick grew up in Edmonds, Washington, and developed his technology skills at a local computer store after high school. Due to the collaborative efforts between Seattle Academy and the computer shop in establishing a 1:1 laptop program, Nick played a crucial role as a liaison between the two entities. As SAAS expanded the 1:1 program, they hired him in 2001 as an on-site technician to provide support for the student body. Over the years, primarily through our Zambia program, Nick has evolved into an experienced trip/outdoor leader and photojournalist. Whether camping locally or traveling abroad, you will often find him in the outdoors, and he always looks forward to sharing his passion for the outdoors with the students.
