Biography: Hannah Chapin is the Upper School Dean of Academics and Differentiated Curriculum, and she also teaches classes on human anatomy and physiology. She has been at Seattle Academy since 2015, and during her time at SAAS she has additionally taught Biology classes, been an Instructional Coach and served as the institutional Data Strategist. Before joining SAAS, Hannah earned a PhD in cell biology from Yale University and completed a postdoc at the University of Washington. Passionate about the outdoors, she enjoys hiking, making art in nature, and has led both local and international SAAS student trips.
