Jill is the principal of JTN Consulting, an independent consultancy working with philanthropic and non-profit clients to strengthen their social impact. She previously served as the director of strategy, planning & management and chief of staff for the U.S. Program at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, was appointed director of the City of Seattle’s Office of Economic Development, and is a former management consultant with Deloitte. Jill is currently co-president of the Board of Trustees for the Wing Luke Museum of the Asian Pacific American Experience, located in Seattle's Chinatown/International District. Jill and her husband Howard have two children, including a daughter who attends the Upper School at SAAS.
