Our mission comes to life through four core commitments that anchor how we teach, learn, and connect. These commitments provide the foundation for how we build relationships with students, center their independence, and nurture a community of learners who collaborate with purpose, think with an entrepreneurial mindset, and are prepared to excel.  We are committed to:

• Learning in action: Students regularly share their work and take risks in front of audiences, whether presenting in classrooms, performing on stage, or competing on the field.
• Adults who mentor: Advisors, teachers, coaches, grade-level deans, learning support specialists, and counselors take time to understand each student—who they are, who they want to be, and who they could become—and to ensure that they’re both stretched and supported. 
• Helping every student find their place and voice: We embrace access and opportunity for all of our students. Dedicated time for student-initiated clubs, affinity groups, and student leaders to meet during the school day helps every student find their place and voice.
• Preparing kids for a changing world: A purposeful curriculum makes learning relevant and actionable — equipping students for the college opportunities and meaningful success in life far beyond college.
