Buy Nothing Approaches Half A Million Members

In 2015, we reported about The Buy Nothing Project, an experimental gift economy started by Rebecca Rockefeller ’87 and a friend on Bainbridge Island. Last week, The Seattle Times did a feature article on the project which has over sixteen hundred groups in the United States with close to a half million members.
