Grace (Gigi) Gedye '14 graduated from Pomona College in 2018 with a degree in political science. Grace is now an associate editor at the Washington Monthly, a policy and politics magazine based in Washington D.C. At the Monthly, she writes about voting, regulation, technology, and Congress.

Recently, Gigi has profiled Obama's Ethics Czar, covered the longest-ever partial government shutdown, reported on felon voting rights in Florida, and has written about the burgeoning lab-grown meat industry. In addition to writing for the website and print magazine, Gigi edits online features and contributes to the publication’s live coverage of major events, like the midterm elections.

Gigi started at the Monthly as an editorial intern, and before that, she was a research intern for the Brookings Institution.
