2021-2022 Outdoor & Travel Program

Hello Upper School families!

We’re looking forward to starting our Outdoor & Travel program again for the 2021-2022 school year! As we continue to navigate the year, timing and offerings for trips will look a little different from years past. We are actively working with our faculty and staff on trip options, while keeping community health and safety top of mind.

With that said, we do want to make you aware of two trips we are officially putting on the calendar and one upcoming outing through our Outdoor Club; the Upper School Backcountry Skiing and Split Board trip, the Senior Yukon trip, and a day hike along the Pratt River trail.  More information will be posted on our website for the two trips next week. Additional trips for the spring/summer will be released after the new year.

Here's what we have planned:

  • Pratt River Tail Day Hike: Open to all Upper School students – Saturday, November 20th, 11am-2pm. No cost to students and transportation can be provided. Please sign-up here if interested in participating. Questions? Contact Harvey Hinman.
  • US Backcountry Ski/Board Trip: Open to all Upper School students - February, 21-25 with one weekend in January (either January, 21-23 or 28-30). Trip cost: $2950. Trip financial aid is available. Trip information night via Zoom on Tuesday, November 9th6pm. Questions? Contact Martin Brakke.
