National Merit Organization Honors Seattle Academy Students
Fifteen Seattle Academy students were recognized by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation this year. The nonprofit identifies and honors academically talented students across the country, driving support for education and college scholarships.
Four SAAS seniors—Brayden Forcum, Aiki Kapila, Linden Liu, and Maxine Liao—were named National Merit Semifinalists for their exceptional academic abilities, representing 1% of all U.S. 12th graders.
We also celebrate our National Merit Commended Scholars: Malea Carroll, Mindy Dong, Tyler Gaylord, Francis Han, Mikaal Khan, Michael Lesirge, Samuel Lippman, Maddie Rosales, Aiden Tsui, Josh Wang, and Zhiqi (Spencer) Yuan.
We’re so proud of these scholars and the dedication, curiosity, and excellence that thrive within our SAAS community!
