Seattle Academy's Megan Barwick '15 Success During Senior Year at William Smith College

Megan Barwick '15, a senior and midfielder for William Smith College’s soccer team, was named to the 2018 United Soccer Coaches All-East First team.

In the same week, Megan was named a 2018 United Soccer Coaches All-American! Barwick received second team All-American honors for the second straight year. It's the 48th United Soccer Coaches All-American award earned by a Heron.
 
Megan's received all-region recognition for the second straight season. The two-time all-league pick led the Herons with 10 goals, six assists and 26 points. She had a season-high five points on two goals and an assist in a 4-0 win over Ithaca. She also had two goals in wins over Bard and St. Lawrence. In addition, Megan also recorded the game-winning goals in wins over Hardin-Simmons, Messiah, the Raptors and the Saints. She was named the 2018 Liberty League Tournament Most Outstanding Player.
 
In 82 career games, Megan produced 25 goals, 14 assists, and 64 points. She is 20th on the Heron career list for goals.

During her high school soccer career, Megan was coached by Seattle Academy's now Head of School, Rob Phillips, earning four varsity letters and serving as team captain in 2014.
