Let's Go, Cathy, Let's Go!!

 

Kudos and congratulations to Seattle Academy’s Athletic Director, Cathy Schick, for being named Emerald Sound Conference Athletic Director of the Year! In addition to the leadership and extraordinary talents Cathy shares every day with our SAAS teams and community, she serves on the Executive Board of the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association (WIAA). On learning of her win, WIAA board colleague Greg Whitmore recognized Cathy as a terrific thinker and valued board member. Friend and University Prep colleague Rebecca Moe celebrated her attention to detail and focus on the value of educational-based athletics.

Of course, no one is prouder than her SAAS home team. Here in the Seattle Academy Athletics Department, Marc Moquin says, “HUGE congratulations to the hardest working person in show business! Cathy being named Athletic Director of the Year is richly deserved!  Her expertise and leadership is phenomenal.” Hilary O’Dougherty adds, “Cathy goes above and beyond at SAAS to make athletics a great experience for every kid and coach. We are lucky to be on her team.”
