Cathy Schick

Cathy has been an integral part of the Seattle Academy Athletic Department for over 20 years. Under her tenure, the school has added three additional athletic programs and has doubled the number of teams available to students. Since her start, SAAS athletic teams have received over 160 league and state honors. She is a 2003 Montana State Hall of Fame member for her work with the ’92-’93 Women’s Basketball Team, a 3-time recipient of the Washington State Athletic Administration Association District Award, and a member of the WIAA Executive Board.
Erin Aitchison

Having joined Seattle Academy in 2006, Erin has been an Assistant Athletic Director, outdoor and travel program coordinator, coach, trip leader, advisor, and the Director of Safety. She received her BA from Occidental College and MA from Seattle University in Leadership and Sports Administration. She is a USATF certified coach, Wilderness First Responder, and a regular on our school trips.
Marc Moquin

Marc joined Seattle Academy in 2008 as Assistant Athletic Director. A San Francisco native, he joined Seattle Academy after working for 14 years in public relations for the Seattle SuperSonics. Marc received his B.A. in Sports Administration from UC Santa Barbara and his M.A. in Sports Administration from Seattle Pacific University. He coaches all levels of tennis at SAAS and is an avid sports fan.

Max joined Seattle Academy in 2023 as the Assistant Director of Athletics. He is a Seattle Native and earned a BA in Communications and MS in Athletic Administration from Central Washington University. After graduating, he spent time working in athletics with the Boys and Girls Club, Central Washington University, Shoreline Community College, Edmonds College and most recently at Seattle Preparatory School, where he coached boys’ basketball and baseball.
Cait Brown
Head Athletic Trainer

Originally from Northwest Indiana, Cait joined Seattle Academy in 2024 as the Head Athletic Trainer. She obtained her BS in Athletic Training and minor in Psychology from Purdue University in 2022. While at Purdue she worked with their Women's Softball, Men's and Women's Tennis, Women's Soccer, and Football teams. After graduating, she ventured to the University of Idaho where she obtained her MS in Movement and Leisure Sciences in 2024. While at Idaho she worked with Women's Volleyball, Women's Tennis, and Women's Soccer teams. She is highly knowledgeable about numerous orthopedic injuries, rehabilitation, and concussions. She loves to share her knowledge with our coaches and sports teams to help them excel in their designated sport(s). Outside of SAAS, Cait loves to spend her time outside hiking, biking, backpacking, and mountaineering.
Katrina Holt

Katrina joined Seattle Academy in 2025 as an Athletics Assistant. Originally from Seattle, she moved to Maine to earn her B.A. in Government from Colby College, where she was also a collegiate soccer player. After graduation, she returned to Seattle, coaching the JV soccer team at Holy Names Academy and later working for the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). Katrina is an avid rock climber, a Wilderness First Responder, and a lifelong Seattle sports fan.
