After School Study Hall

Middle School

The After-School Study Hall program provides a supervised study environment for middle school students Monday-Friday from 3:00 PM- 5:30 PM. Students work quietly and may use their personal technology. Chromebooks, art supplies, games, and access to classroom libraries for quiet reading selections are available to students. 

Any student is welcome to join After School Study Hall. After school clubs are also offered beginning the week of September 5th.

After School Extended Care Program

After School Study Hall 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM

After Activities Study Hall 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM (starts when the sport or activity ends on a given day)

  • Registration: We ask that parents/guardians register their students for any day their student will regularly attend. Study Hall Registration Page
  • Drop-in Sign Up: If a student needs to attend study hall as a “drop-in” for a single day, you can indicate this on the Student Logistics Request on the Veracross families portal. 
  • Attendance Updates: For registered students, you can update a student’s expected attendance on the Veracross families portal.

CLUB PROGRAMS
  • Tuesdays: Maker Club
  • Wednesdays: Art Club
  • Thursdays: Drawing Club

Robotics will be available in the Fall and Spring.
The Outdoor Adventure Club will be available in the Fall and Spring.

Students may check in to After School Study Hall if they are not involved with a sport or club and are still on campus at 3:30 PM. We ask that students be in an activity, picked up, or go to study hall by 3:30 PM. 

After a sport, rehearsal, or club, students are welcome to check in to After School Study Hall and stay until 5:30 PM. However, Middle School Students may not leave campus on their own and return to After School Study Hall to ensure the safety of all students. There is additional supervision daily from 5:30 PM -6:00 PM only for students who take the after activity bus at 6:00 PM. PICK UP IS NO LATER THAN 5:30 PM. PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR PICK UP.

For student pick-up please call: 206-720-5472 and the proctor will send your child out. If they do not answer, they may be working with a student. Please do not leave a message as the voice mail is not monitored regularly.
