Ordering Arts Tickets

1.    Go to www.brownpapertickets.org.  
2.    Search for SAAS or Seattle Academy and the various productions will come up
3.    Find the production you’d like to attend and click “View this Event”
4.    When the new screen appears, be sure to select the correct date of the show from the drop down menu
5.    Choose the quantity of tickets you want.  If you want to print your tickets, you will also choose either the Print-at-Home or USPS from the drop down menu to select your method of delivery.  (If it is within 3 days of the event you won’t be able to choose USPS since BPT can’t guarantee you would receive your tickets in time for the show.  Print-at-Home and Will Call would still be available)
6.    Once you have made your selections, click “Add to Cart” 
7.    One new advantage of the BPT system is that you get to select your seats.  When the seating chart screen pops up, it will show you the best available seats for you (in orange).  If you are happy with the seats jump to step 11.  If you don’t like the seats that have been selected you can click on the “Let Me Choose My Seats” 
8.    A new screen will appear and you can un-check the seats you don’t want (they will be orange) and click on other available seats (they will be blue).  Grey seats are unavailable
9.    Once you have selected your new seats click the “Save Seats” button
10.    A new screen will appear and your newly selected seats will be highlighted in orange
11.    Click the “Next” button if you are happy with your seat selection (or go back to step number 7 if you’d like to switch seats again)
12.    A new screen will appear with your ticket order; from here you can check-out or continue shopping.  If you continue to shop you will repeat the steps above for a different show.  If your order is complete, click on “Check Out Now”.
13.    A new screen will appear.  If you have a BPT account you can login (or create one if you’d like).  Or you just enter your buyer details, tick the “I agree to the terms and conditions” box, enter your payment information, and click “Complete Order” button.  If you chose USPS as your delivery method, you will also need to enter your shipping address details at this stage. 
14.    A confirmation screen will appear and if you chose to “Print Tickets at Home” you will notice an orange button on the top right hand section of the page that says “Print Tickets.”  Your tickets will appear and you will print them out.  You can also change your delivery method at this stage.
15.    Regardless of your ticket delivery method you will receive an email with your order confirmation details and you will also be on our lists in case you lose your tickets.
