Course Changes Spring 2026

Print, fill, and submit the document above to the registrar. The registrar will register you into a Teacher Assistant class during the desired block. You ALSO submit a change request in the Course Change Request Form (see Quicks Links above). In order to get volunteer hours, you must also submit a request in mobileserve and assign it to the teacher for confirmation. 

Fill out the Course Change Request Form (see Quicks Links above) and request study hall as the course you are adding. 

Students will log into Mobileserve and submit their outside PE credit hours for verification. Students will log into Mobileserve and log their outside PE credit hours this way. More information about outside PE credit can be found here.

All students can view their Credit Report on the Veracross portal. This report shows which graduation requirements have been completed through the Spring trimester of 2024–2025.

Note: Rising 9th graders and new incoming 10th–12th grade students do not yet have a Credit Report available.

Please refer to the Elective List – 2025-2026 (available under Quick Links above). Classes highlighted in yellow are currently full. If you'd like to request a full class, you may be added to the waiting list—but only if you indicate this on the Course Change Request Form (also found under Quick Links). Waiting list priority is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

When you're placed on a waitlist, you’ll receive an email from the Registrar. If you're currently enrolled in a different class, you will remain in that class until a spot opens up and you're moved into the waitlisted course. You MUST continue to attend the class that is listed on your schedule in Veracross until you receive confirmation of a course change.

If your schedule shows “Need an Elective,” you should also submit a Course Change Request through the form (see Quick Links above) to request an alternative class, Study Hall, TA, or Independent Study.

If you are moved into the waitlisted class, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
