Students should be dropped off between 8:45 AM-9:00 AM and picked up at 3:30 PM.

Drop Off and Pick Up is on 13th Avenue in front of the Upper School Gym.
 

We apologize for the inconvenience, but our bus program will not be running during the summer.

Please communicate directly with the lead instructor. They will be taking attendance. For any last minute pickup due to emergency, please call the SAAS main phone line at (206) 323-6600.

If students are here for a full day session, they will need to bring their own lunches and should bring extra snacks.

Each camp session costs $450. Please reference the Registration Form for more information.

For those students who will receive tuition financial assistance during the upcoming 2024-2025 school year, financial assistance is available. You may sign up for summer classes on the Summer Program Financial Aid Form and we will reach out with your eligible discount rate.

For those students who do not receive financial assistance during the school year, but need help with summer program tuition, please send an email to financialaid@seattleacademy.org.

Yes. All of our sessions are also open to incoming students. Our team will be monitoring sign-ups and wait-lists in an effort for all incoming families to have the opportunity to join at least one or more sessions this summer.

All camp sessions are first-come, first serve. If a camp is full there will be an option to add your name to a waitlist. We suggest you sign up for any alternatives in the meantime, and we can move you to the preferred camp if room becomes available.

All sessions are $450. Your non-refundable payment is due at the time of registration. If you qualify for Financial Aid please use the link below to register. Financial Aid registration will be billed for the remaining balance in June.

If you need to make changes to your registration after it is submitted, you will need to email summeratsaas@seattleacademy.org with any changes. You may ADD registrations from the registration page, but not cancel or modify summer camp registration by Friday, May 31st.
